Reason for and method of establishment<\/b>
\n<\/b>The Radioactive Waste Repository Authority was established on 1 June 1997 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the form of a state organisation. Since 2001, S\u00daRAO has comprised, in the sense of section 51 of Act No. 219\/2000 Coll., a state organisational institution.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/b>Appeals can be filed against a decision to reject a request for information within 15 days of the delivery of the decision to the applicant, or from the date of expiration of the deadline for the processing of the request. Such appeals should be filed at S\u00daRAO, Dl\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e1 6, 110 00 Prague 1. The appeal body comprises the Ministry of Industry and Trade.<\/span><\/p>\n
